Default Help Identify something on my fis???

I came home from visiting Jim Norris this afternoon and noticed a
black dot on one of the fins of my copperband. if you look half way up the fish on one of the black lines youll see a dot that dot is actually on the
fin not the side of the fish. anyone have any idea what it could be??
or if i should start to worry yet....?? wouldnt ya know the one copperband
    i get to eat. ...
    thanks

That copperband looks to be about 1 inch long? I wouldn't worry about that spot. Looks like something stuck in the mucous at the end of his fin. It happens cause they poke their nose into every tiny crack. Occassionally mine swim around with a string of something across their nose from picking in between the rocks. I'm bettin' he'll shed that spot off. Looks like Berghia poop from here.
