Aquatic Warehouse near the airport, Texas Tropical, and Fintique are my favorites in town.
Also just north of San Antonio is CB Pets in Bulverde.

my favs are CB pets and aquatic warehouse... I have recieved poor info from texas tropical, and fintiques salt water section is only about 10 tanks, if even.
THe guys that run CB pets (mark and Richard) are great, knowledgable, and their selection always looks healthy...

Dry goods, I like alamo aquatics on bandera. For fish I have to say that Aquatic warehouse has nice stock. I've never been to CB pets though???

Awana sometimes gets some good stuff too. Stingrays and others, not bad on corals for being a small store too, plus 25% off on wednesdays

One thing to consider is that CB Pets and Aquatic Warehouse both quarantine their fish.
