    Green clown goby. I had one for a while and it was cool until a coral banded shrimp nipped it's tail off. Neat little fish though. I've heard that some of the clown gobies aren't reef safe but I never had a problem.

    I got one of those in the show size colonies that you got a while back. He is really cute!

    Jim did you just get w/ a recent colony purchase? Or has he been in your ocean for awhile and you just now noticed.

    He/she has been in the tank awhile. The last colony I brought was about a year ago???

    he's either super small or that coral is extra large, either way they look good
    350 gal. 7\'x36\'\'x25\'\'tall, , 3-400w.mh-10k, 2-6\' vho actinic, 175gal.sump, 6ft. 100gal zenia fuge,calcium reactor, kalk reactor and a carbon reactor. 7\' turbofloter 5000 skimmer.

    That coral did start out as a two inch frag once. It has been fragged no less that two dozen times and is about eights around still. Montipora digitata.

    These clown gobies are commonly found in wild SPS colonies. Small ones can be tiny and just grew up in your tank. If you get another one, they will breed in your tank. Neat little guy. This green one tend to be larger than the yellow one. When they make a nist, they will strip tissue off of the SPS colony and lay their eggs there. They use the same nest site time after time so the damage is minimal, especially in a large tank like your's.
