My experience with regal has been not so good. For small things, especially stuff cut to order, I've found plastic supply of San Antonio, on josephine st near downtown, to be better, sometimes a bit higher price, but they do a good job cutting things to size accurately.
BTW, if you want some very high quality acrylic, I just bought 2 sheets of Spartech polycast 3/8" black. I'll sell small quantities of it, but it is the most expensive acrylic on the market. $10/sq ft.

Matt - Ouch! That is some expensive stuff! What are you going to be making with it? I'm still thinking about making a new sump to put on the other side of the wall and would probably use black around the refugium section to help cut down on the algae growing in the rest of the sump from the light.

how small of acrylic are you looking for? i'v got a lot of stuff laying around.
350 gal. 7\'x36\'\'x25\'\'tall, , 3-400w.mh-10k, 2-6\' vho actinic, 175gal.sump, 6ft. 100gal zenia fuge,calcium reactor, kalk reactor and a carbon reactor. 7\' turbofloter 5000 skimmer.
