Josh - these have a really bad track record in captivity. Not sure if it's collection, stress or diet but most do not last long. I think we had a discussion on this fish a few weeks back or maybe that was on reefcentral.

If you did try one I'd reccomend a very mature tank of at least 100 gallons with lots of live rock to graze on and no other food competitors. You may also do well to spend the extra money and buy it from a place like the Marinecenter in Dallas and have them do the hard work of getting it to eat.

    Most of them will die.
Look at all those live rocks on the beach at Florida's state park!

Josh - That is a nice pic. I have seen some, but they didn't have that much blue on them. I think the Potter's and Rusty angels look a lot alike along with the Golden angel. As already mentioned, the Potter's angel doesn't fair well. They have/had a Golden at Aquatek in Austin in one of their coral tanks and it was very pretty. I think Bruce had plans for it in a tank at his place for his new baby though!

Joshua, my Potter's went into my tank with my copperband. They've been here now over 3 years. I have always had a centropyge angel of some sort in my reef tanks, but I must say the Potters is the most awesome in coloration. This one has ate from the get go too. Enriched brine, mysis and flake foods of any kind. It is certainly an active fish. If you can find one that is eating I'd try it. Mine has not had a bad day.
