Well, i just have to put them up. This was a V-Day gift from my lovely wife. Its a 7 gal minibow, with the 32w PC upgrade, and a CPR Bak Pak 2r skimmer. Note the look without the preskimmer/bubble trap, and after. I prefer the look without the powerheads. The only thing alive in there is a hitchiker nassarius snail, but i should add something today or tomorrow.

What's the dimension of your 7G without the base? I bought a 10G for my desk, but it's too tall for the craw space.

with the bak pak? as you can see, it adds a lot of height. I will measure it later today for you. I got the tank and light at Alamo here in SA, but i saw them at Petsmart a bit cheaper :x I bought the Bak Pak used

Just the measurement of the tank by itself. No base, no light. I have a heavy, sturdy desk. It just dawn on me that I can fit a 40" long aquarium on my desk. And I can also fit a 40"x8.5" Paladium tank on the shelf on top of the desk.
