He's still eating just fine.
Need recommendations for treatment.

I have a tank if you need it. Was my old q-tank. It just needs to be rinsed out real good. PM me if you need it
30 L aquarium, 50 lbs LR, 44 lbs LS, 192 W PC, CPR Backpack Skimmer
catching him will be the hard part.
Are there any medicines I can add?
Only other fish are yellow tang & true perc.
Lotsa of light, live rock, and filtration
Alex, can I borrow your cleaning shrimp? LOL
haha maybe hell work in your tank.....i also have 2 neon gobies that clean the other tangs BUT the blue one.,...i have the dumbest pets
Grey patches on the sides would suggest a bacterial infection. I would try some of Mardels Saltwater Maracyn. They have a pretty handy diagnostic sheet in the box. Look at it first to figure out which one You need.
Well, he's still kicking.
Since I don't have a quarentine tank, would gently netting him and keeping him in the net, but still in the tank help keep cleaning crew off him?
If he makes it through the night, my guess is he'll make it.
Now in South Korea
I would not do that. I think that'll just stress him more than necessary. Maracyn is invertabrate safe, I used it in my tank before.
