    Default Quick help!!!

Hey guy's, I just dropped of my tanks at AquaTrend to get them drilled, the probs. that the only twp bit's they have are for 1 1/4in. and 1 1/2in holes!!! I need two return for the SCWD and one for the drain. Should I wait and get 3/4in. returns and a 1 1/4in drain??? or go with 1 1/4 and the 1 1/2???? I;m measuring the inside of the bulk head. I've got the drain about 3in. from the top and the returnd about 6 and 8in. fro the top, should I make the returns equal highth, or make them off just a little for space and movement of pvc parts??? I need to make up my mind by tomorrow so I can get the tank rolling asap!!

I'm sure there is some miscommunication. Believe me, with those guys, it's not hard. They just drilled two 1 3/4" holes in my tank, so I'm sure they have the bit. That's the standard size for a 1" bulkhead. Go down there, talk to the guy (Mexican guy, speaks only a little english) who actually does the drilling, show him your bulkhead. He'll get it right. He's pretty sharp; it's just communication between him, the owner, and the phone is not always so good.

BTW, I've never seen a 1 1/4" bulkhead. If you have one, I'd like to see it.
