    my name is Matt.....i am 21 years old...been in the hobby for 5 years.....i have worked in a few aquarium stores....i now live in Killeen, but i work in Georgetown.....i was refered to yall by a member of reefaquariumguide.com named chrisisbored.......a little about my systems...
    75 gallon oceanic quasai-reef, 50# LS 25# CC, 50# LR, wet/dry filtration, DIY 10 gallon sump/refugium, mag 500, 165w PC 50/50, 160w NO 50/50.
    (currently at my mother's house...too hard to move)

    100 gallon(UNKNOWN) FOWLR, 50# fine sand, 50# LR, fluval 404
    blue regal tang, powder blue tang, picasso trigger, orange-line trigger
    (my old room mate keeps this bad boy in Temple, too hard too move)

    29 gallon Lake Malawi African Cichlidae tank

    working on 7 gal mini-bow reef!....started 1-11-04
    7 gallon AGA mini bow
    Tetratec 150 power filter
    Tetratec 100 heater (Tetratec products chosen for hidden heater)
    mini-jet 404 w/ diy spraybar
    CSL SmartLite retro 32w (40mm diy fan in stock hood)
    diy auto top off (usein floatswitch.net floater) and 5g rubbermaid under my desk hooked to another 404 and tube
    10# lr 15# ls from my other tanks


    inhabitants
    Assorted zooanthid polyps, Discosoma sp. mushrooms, Briareum sp. metallic star polyps, Ricordea floridea and Ricordea huma, Capnella, and Sinuaria. a royal gramma (Gramma loreto). 3 astrea sails, 2 red legs, and a pepermint shrimp.



    that is about it....i work weird hours..3pm-11pm so it will be hard to get to one of your meetings :(....but, who knows....i will enjoy meeting people round here who enjoy this stuff as much as i do!!!! c ya around!

    Hi, welcome. Yes those tanks are hard to move, but, I just can't leave my babies behind like that. They move when I do. I hope I never move again! You will be able to get all kinds of advice and things from people on here.
