Would 2 400 watt radiums be too much for a 75 gallon?

I have two 400 watt 20k XM halides on my 75 along with two 110 watt VHO bulbs. It's not too much, but it all depends on what you want kind of corals and such you want to keep in your tank. I really think two 250 watt halides and some VHOs will work just fine and probably with alittle less heat, but that is just my opinion.

Just a note about Radiums vs XM's. The Radiums are extra blue and need to be replaced every 6 months. The XM's are a better spectum for inhabitants overall, less blue, more pleasing to view, and need only be replaced once a year. Since the XM's came out, not many people still use the Radiums.

Yeah, I'm running two 6.5K 250s and 2 actinic VHO at the moment and like the color, may change over to 10K eventually to try it out.
Just looking around at options, I'm going to buy the 45 Breeder from TurboBret and don't need all of the stuff and just figuring what I want to keep and what to part out eventually.
Dang, I'm starting to sound like Vinh now. :-o
