    Default MSDS for Chemi-Clean

Well, I e-mailed the company on November 20 asking for a MSDS and they finally got back to me. Took em almost three weeks to reply. Here's what they said:

    Dear Manny,

As an end user of our product we technically by OSHA guidelines are not required to supply you with an MSDS Sheet. I have attached a copy of the MSDS sheet anyways, due to the nature of you using our product and that you will most likely be handling it regularly as one of our consumers.

    best regards,
    matthew Boyd

I would think that they would have be happy to provide MSDS for safe handling. And, doesn't OSHA guidline state that the MSDS must be kept on file where the chemical (product) is to be used (that sound like end-user to me)? Thanks for getting this Manny. By the looks of PPE listed in section 9, this stuff should only be handled if you have the proper lab equip. This hobby just got a lot more expensive ;-) .

I didn't consider that. It does seem pretty important though. I for one feel that I will be a little more cautious when handling Chemi-clean.

BTW, anyone know of where to get chemi-clean for less than $15 in Austin or SA?

Gallery of Pets carries it. I not sure on the price. I think it was $12.99 or $15.00 a bottle.

I think their price is something like $17-18 per bottle. I know I can order online from www.petwarehouse.com for less than $10, but after shipping and such for one item, it might not be worth it. Thanks though.
