Anyone here a Spurs fan? What is up with 3 losses to the Lakers?? I know they are the dream team and all but arent we suppose to be the World Champs?? Sorry I just had to vent....

Am...didn't you watch "Airplane"? The guys in the NBA don't really TRY until it's time for the playoffs! :-D The Lakers made some awsome trades in the off season, and I think the controversy brought on by Kobe Bryant's antics has only served to bring them together more quickly....

Haven't several of the Spurs been hurt early on this season? I really don't follow NBA stuff that closely until after March madness...there's nothing like college hoops!

Hmmm Gary I think it was the guys who wear lavender...hehe... I guess with all that $ they put into the team they're bound to win. Anyone can buy a Championship ring(Karl Malone) if they really want one that bad!!

Ya I guess it really does not matter till later, its a whole new ballgame during the playoffs!! I need to start watching college ball till then!!

I don't know how the Lakers can put together a roster like they have under the salary cap. But then, their bench isn't nearly as good as the Spurs' either. They put all their money into their 3 top starters. It seems like the Supurs spread theirs around a bit more. But on the other hand, when your top 3 starters are averaging 70-75 pts./game, do you really need much of a bench?

well here's what i think about the spurs, they need to start malik rose over that dumb tall nesterovic, he's to clumsy and *****ish i think, also parker needs to pick up on his game!!!! my wife and i love the spurs, but this season i dont know we hope they pull it off!!! i hate kobe bryant!!!!!!! and malone....and shaq!!GO SPURS GO!!

I think Mailgnant Rose needs to be traded, he causes WAY too many turnovers and stupid fouls.
