Default Water Flow in 10 gal.

I want to get some better water flow in my 10 gal, any suggestions? I have tried thishttp://www.petco.com/product_info.as...Heads&ct3=
But it was too big and took up too much room, I also would like one that has a sponge where the intake is (or were I can get one/how I can make one) to protect my little Condy.

I have a very small powerhead that goes from 20 to 80 gph. I would suggest looking at it. I just can't remember what internet site I bought it from.

We have the sponges to fit Maxijets, etc. at AA. They run $1 each.
