Default Anyone do taping/floating of sheetrock?

I have been slowly (very) remodeling my master bathroom but am having a hard time with the taping and floating of the sheetrock. Also re-texturing a wall the right way (not that junk at Home Depot) needs to be done. I have a texture gun that does ceilings but I don't think it will work on the small wall stuff. Anyone here familiar with doing it and interested in doing some work?

Josh - when you put in new sheet rock you have to use the tape and joint compound to cover the joints and corners. Have to sand and reapply the joint compound a couple of times to get a nice wide and smooth area so it doesn't stand out.

Get a bag of quick set and have it done in a day.
