I just looked at it and it looks like a 96Watt Quad pc mounted on a MH Parabolic Reflector like helloligts sells. Buying all this from hellolights will run You about $150 plus shipping, or go get one of the Aqualights w/ 96Watt Quad on ebay for $90 plus shipping.
