    speaking of losing creatures i have 2 green chromis missing, but i saw the legs of a serpent star sticking our fromthe bottom of my rocks.......gggggrrrrrr

    Was that in your large tank? Did you know he was there or was that a hitchhiker. I remember the harlequin star in your smaller tank.

    yeah he hasnt caused any problems........its one that i got from reeftopia in the large tank....i actually like the harlequin!! hes kinda cool.......

    make sure you find those chromis, ever since i lost one fish i've been havin ammonia problems

    brewcm, that pic you posted is definitely a mysis shrimp. They are great to have in your tank.
    did you know hat they only carry one baby at a time? It is born a tiny little shrimp. Makes you wonder where they all came from knowing that, right? The point is that a wrasse or mandarin can eat them faster than they can reproduce in most tanks even though they tend to be nocturnal and retiring to caves and holes.

    Cool, I never really got a good look at them in the main tank because of all the rock work. I really only saw them at night but now in the fuge there's hundreds of them. They must reproduce like crazy then once they get going.
