    Default Water Changes

I have a 75g RR with a 30 gallon sump/refug. Before I switched over from the Tidepool to this sump/refug combo, I was doing weekly 10% water changes. I have four different types of saltwater macroalgae in the refug with three mangrove pods.

Should I continue the weekly water changes?

10% is way too much. You can actually over change water and harm your critters. I used to do the same as you thinking I was being extra nice, but when I cut back to 20%-30% a month the corals opened up and looked much better.
