Deferred Adjudication like Josh says will cost you $200 but it will not go on your record if you don't get a ticket during your probation period which is set by the judge. Normally 3 months but I've been sentenced 4 months in the past for street racing. Currently I'm on a 3 month probation for street racing (yet again) and speeding (81 in a 40) in ELP which shouldn't appear on my record if I don't get another ticket within the next few weeks.Originally Posted by Joshua

In my case I didn't have the option to do DD but you do. DD is cheaper then probation.
