i like alamo, i like fintique, i like texas trop & marine, i like cb pets, i like the new store that popped up on 281. the point is, regardless... tanks are going to get dirty. the busier you are and the bigger your store is, tanks will get dirty. the longer you have been around, the more often stuff is going to break, soon it will break and not get replaced, its bound to happen. i like all stores mentioned above and i like darby's and armke's. the point is i like each of them for very different reasons.

for cichlid pellets and crickets i go to fintique (and tanks where else can you get a 90 gallon w/black stand and black silicone for $199???) for frozen krill (shrimp) and most saltwater fish i go to texas tropical and alamo but they have so many different types of fish btwn them. i'm an equal opportunity shopper, wherever i get the best deal is where i shop.

so far i have good relationships with employees from alamo and fintique. at alamo, john works there... he used to own malawi cove and i promise he wont cease to amaze you but not just with what he knows, but with who he is altogether.

anyways, i guess i would have to say my favorites are alamo and fintique, i'm at fintique every thursday after class, i'll tell you that much!
