Default New 75 Gallon tank, need advice

I am purchasing a used 75 gal tank. It already has a wet/dry with a UV sterilizer but no protein skimmer. seems to be a nice setup, no lights. I also do not recall any power heads or anything like that. Can someone help me along? I am completely new at this and have a feeling that I am in over my head. I want to keep corals and anemones. Thanks in advance.

What kind of corals and anemone do you wants to keep? Unless you have a big tank, you don't want to mix anemone in with corals. For beginer soft and LPS corals, you can get an Icecap 660 ballast, and run four florescent light on it. Later on, as you move to Metal Halide to keep harder corals, you can use the Icecap for actinic bulb along with your Metal Halide Light. Or you could just start out correctly and go Metal Halide all the way from the beginning. Don't even think to mess with Power Compact light.
