I have a complete 250w Iwasaki settup if you need to borrow it for a while.
P.S. I had an IC 430 do the same thing, water accidently got into it do to my haste during a water change, what I did was drill the rivits, yank the cover and blew the board off with compressed air, worked perfectly ever since, might be your problem too, I dunno, just a thought.
