I'm going to bring a skimmer and calcium reactor to the next MAAST meeting. (at least I hope the skimmer is finished by then) I'm really pleased with the way these are turning out; and I hope that other members like them too. They're really high quality materials, and well designed; primarily by Brian Ferguson, with a few of my own mods.

Well I picked up my skimmer on Friday and today just tried to install it. :( It does not work!!!!!
I will give Charlie a call tomorrow (Monday).
The motor will not come on for me????????

If you get time, bring it by the store today. If I need to, I can swap motors with the one that is running (it has been running approx. 1.5 weeks), and get yours replaced. I will be in the store until approx. 2, and will pass the word on to Michael when he flies back in. Sorry you are having an issue.

Thanks no worry I will bring it in tomorrow for you to look at. Again the desogn is perfect for my needs! I even thought about the in the sump attachment! But the hang on is the best. Again thanks for your help in picking this unit---we will get it working!

Update on Red Sea Skimmer: Just got back from Austin Aquarium. Charlie check the unit out found out it was faulty then went to the shelf and gave me another brand new unit!
