    Default Shrimp Compatibility

Is there a problem keeping a coral banded shrimp and a regular cleaner shrimp in the same tank. I already have a coral banded shrimp, but I'm interested in a cleaner and don't need a turf battle.

    thanks

That's a dicy question. How big is your tank?
The coral banded shrimp could end up eating your other shrimp. Coral banded shrimp would seems to try to eat some fishes too. But it's too slow for most fishes. I don't keep coral banded shrimp b/c they tend to eat the bristle worms as well.

Come to think of it, the coral banded shrimp might try to break the other shrimp's feeding pincher. So, you have have a shrimp's that alive, and missing it pincher.
