Tank raised false perculas or skunk clowns.

Maroons, Tomatoes, Clarkii and Saddlebacks can all be meaner than heck IME.

I'd go with the false perculas like Techno.

I've got a nice true percula who is peaceful as can be.

True Percula Clownfish (Amphiprion percula) is the real name IIRC.

I am planning on adding an anemone in the next month, once the slight amonia spike goes down.

Would a bubble tip(bulb tip) be better than a carpet?

Carpet are harder to care for, but clownfish will accept them easier than a BTA so I have heard.

I've got a VHO hood (48 inch) with an actintic and 10k bulb). I also will have a 175 MH once I get my hood suspended from the ceiling.

Do you thaw your frozen food cube, or do you put it in the tank still frozen?

Hey Alien anchovies, maybe your clownfish is trying to tell you something. Get rid of your crappy rio pump! :-D
