Thanks for the feedback Kim.
Ok, so only one person has commented on the logos. What the heck is the deal?

i liked the maast fish logo because it'll show up good on letterheads and flyers and everything else that might be in blk.& white. for t-shirt wise i like it for the front on maybe a pocket or corner and then maybe a nice coral scene or marine fish scene centered in the back.

As Cap & KIM said, I thought the Clown was pretty good except for the S was hard to read.
The s is difficult to see at first. From an artistic point of view it can be beneficial to not see everything the first time you look at something. In this case the name of the group is also stated at the bottom of the logo.
Although if everyone picks this logo over others, I will work on a version with an s that is more clear and we will let democracy rule.
Thanks for all the great feedback!
if you fix the S I think that would be great I would'nt mind wearing that :-D
Ray has a good point about the black and white logo. Any colors or effects can be added to dress that logo up for other uses.
Our T shirts would probably be around $7 bucks a piece since there are only 2 colors being used (white doesn't count).
Simple is better IMO. I would use the nice black and white one to start with. You can always use other logos later but stick with simplicity if you want people to associate something with the organization.
techno,
on a side note nice pic of your blue dot jawfish looks like a photo from a book or mag. might need to incorporate him into the logo if we go with some kind of scenery. i no they're pricey but where did you get the little guy? and how much?
He's great, I was lucky to get a healthy one. I got him from Partners in Round Rock for 60 bucks. You might be able to find them a little cheaper online but the lady that orders the livestock there always gets nice healthy fish and this lil guy was no exception. I am debating picking another one up before the colelction season closes (apparently limited collection areas and times thus the higher prices).
