The s is difficult to see at first. From an artistic point of view it can be beneficial to not see everything the first time you look at something. In this case the name of the group is also stated at the bottom of the logo.

Although if everyone picks this logo over others, I will work on a version with an s that is more clear and we will let democracy rule.
