I like their double PFO setup for $140 it's like $35 dollars more then just buying the ballasts at HelloLights.

DOH! I just ordered replacement bulbs for my VHO setup from Reeffanatic. They came out just a little less with shipping. Have had good experiences from both places though as I got my VHO retro setup from Hellolights.
