    OK. Lots of you have ordered lights online. Prob all of you have. Is it normal to have a wait time of a month or so? I ordered a MH pendant. A few days ago I got the bulb and ballast in. I was all excited, but the pendant was not there. It was being shipped directly from the supplier. Well, I guess they are having a hard time with the shield or something and maybe they will get them in the factory next week. They thought they would be in this week, but... So, then they need to assemble and ship UPS ground. They said another 2 weeks min!!!!! That puts it at 4 weeks! I am going to go crazy before I get it! We need someplace local that sells this stuff. I would have gladly paid a lot more for the ability to walk in and get it. I am too excited to wait this long! AAAUUUGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!

    Doh! :hammer:

    Time to urge them to offer a refunded discount or free shipping.

    Any other places that sell the pendant? Perhaps you can call them and see if they can get you one quicker and cancel on the first retailer.

    was it Champion? I ordered some bulbs from there no issues but have seen a lot of gripes on other boards about being slow, unhelpful etc. I have also ordered from AHSupply and they are outstanding but basically they just sell PC retrofits but very good to deal with.

    Premium Aquatics. I ordered through Jim and they said that I need to contact him if I wanted/ needed to return. Prob just live with it.

    I'll second the champion comment. I have had things take a while from them, but I usually don't need it so it didn't really matter when I finally got it as long as it came.. :lol:

    It was Cory I talked to. The problem sounds like it is with who he gets them from, not them.
