    Default What kind of fish?

    Josh,

I'm wondering which fish tried to help himself to a molting meal in your tank.

I've always had scarlet cleaner shrimp (L. ambionensis), and I left a pair behind when I moved. In the meantime, I've added a flame hawk to my tank (never had one before now). I'm thinking of adding my shrimp back, and I'm wondering if my having added the hawk prevents this. Any advice from anyone?

    Thanks,
    Dean

The FlameHawk will have a ball eating your cleaner shrimp.

Yeah that flamehawk may think of the shrimp as food unless its big enough.

Generally you'll want to add the fish after the shrimp... you'll have a better change of it being left alone since the fish hasn't claimed his territory yet... otherwise the new addition is seen as a food opportunity. :?

WOW! That is really interesting. I would have thought it was over for him and probably fed it to someone.....
