    Default Mangroves.... are they helpful?

What information do you have to share about Mangroves? What personal experience do you have with them? Do they really work well at helping control your nitrates? Is your system worse or better off with them?

Hehe... just tossing out stuff to get people talking. They're not all questions I really personally have... but just hoping someone new will chime in. ;)

I run one tank just on mangroves and another two systems on caulerpa and mangroves. I think the water is much cleaner and better with the caulerpa and mangroves.
