Screen Shots of the new site

Still a ways off from being finished though... but I thought I would share some screen shots of what I have so far. Nothing is final, if you have suggestions I'll take them into consideration. Right now one of my biggest tasks is switching the database over for the new forum and getting everything to work properly.









From the first shot you can see the general layout of the site. By logging in (on the left) you'll have access to visit the forums, visit yours(or others) photo gallery, check site stats, view the latest news about the group, configure your profile, and of course different colored themes will eventually get worked into it.


Here's a shot of my photo gallery. Each member will have access to their own photo gallery in which only that person will be able to post or delete images. You will also have the option to let other people add comments about your photo's.


And lastly, here's a shot of what the forums will end up looking like in the new layout.

Looks awesome Chris! That will put all the other groups sites to shame! Already Austin Reef Keepers are complaining how slow their site has become! Keep up the great work.

saweeeeeet... i have been out for a while , i got a cactus needle stuck in my eye.. ( dont ask) anyway i have been in bed. so i'm a little out of touch.. but i'm starting to be able to see again so that is a good thing

i was diging up a yucca cactus and as i was pulling it came up A LOT easier than I thought.. one of the needles on the cactus went right into the left eyeball... id rather have a baby than go through that pain again...

Here's another screen shot after incorporating Mike's suggestion to have images show up on the front page. The images are pulled randomly from each members gallery. I also added another feature that acts as a quick link to galleries that have new images... so if you just uploaded a new pic, a link on the front page will let everyone go see.

Both of these can be seen near the bottom Right side of the layout.
