Eggcrate
I found a great use of eggcrate that I thought I'd share. I had a couple of LPS corals that I kept on the sandbed and I found them knocked around and on their side, turned over, which was hampering growth and stressing them out. What I did to fix this was cut an eggcrate base that would get pushed down into the sand. I attached the corals using putty and super glue. It's been about a month since doing this and they haven't moved at all and one has exploded in growth after it was looking pretty rough. Anyway, just thought I'd share since I've always had this annoying problem.
