Biocube daytime lights out-not ballast, not bulbs

Title explains it, it's a 29 gal biocube and I can't figure out what's wrong with the daytime lights. It seems to be the switch that's the problem-can I replace that? It's sort of stuck down in, neither end sticking up. Could it alternately be the wiring? if so, anyone seen a good schematic of what exactly is going on with the wiring so I can tinker?

Edit: I should note I have an identical lid to pull parts from if necessary. So, if it's possible to replace something, just give me a hint as to how!
