Help me please!!!
I work in construction, and while I am not usually working outdoors, it is still quite cold lately in the building I work in, especially when the wind picks up. I have all of the Carhartt jackets, long sleeve T-shirts, insulated jacket shirts, etc. The problem is, i really don't like working with multiple thick layers on because it really restricts movement. So, with that in mind, I ask you...what is the warmest, thinnest, most flexible shirt you've ever worn?
