Hey guys just wanted to let everyone know we are finally starting to see increases nationwide. Last quarter was the first quarter since 2008 that home values increased! If anyone you know is looking now is the time. Good home prices in combination with low rates gets you more home. Just thought I would share with my fellow reefers!
