Yellow tang sudden death

Well tonight I was feeding my fish like normal. I think my yellow tank choked himself to death. I dropped in some of the frozen fish food (thawed) and he is eating just like everyone else and 5 minutes later he is on his side in the back of the tank. 10 minutes later dead.

I just wanted to vent. Thank you lol
