75g setup

this is my girlfriends tank that will be transferred to our 150. 75g tank, pine stand,hang on back overflow with Maggie muffler silencer. sump has rubble rock tower and seperate huge refugium that is fed with its own pump. with older octo skimmer(pump is only a year old)sump currently has rio pump but has bulk head and union to plumb external pump. light is current 6 bulb t5. Also will include sand $400 obo

now before people ask I will only part out if every item is spoken for and pre paid. i will not hold unless you drop a deposit(non refundable) so if interested in parts pm and I will make a list.
