IMO there are three things that make for a great LFS:

Customer service, especially how they help/educate people who are new to reef keeping.

Clean tanks, who wants a coral out of a tank filled with 3 types of nuisance algae.

Selection of products, if you don't have what I want in stock I'll just go online and buy it.
