did a water change this morning and i turned off my surge and when i went to turn it back on only my ato will not work. tried a diff outlet and opened it up and saw an on/off switch but that did nothing as well. i have only been running this for a month or so. looks as if getting no power no lights are on need help has any1 else had this prob
