I know you like to feed things but just dont pet it and you will be fine. Mine always hid when I stuck my arm in the tank didnt bother it, it didnt sting me. Heck i know somebody who was even bagging one up for somebody and it jumped outta the net into the sink, they didnt know it was venomous and just picked it up and put it in the bag like no big deal lol.
