Well, after 6 weeks or so of trepidation (I've had all the supplies to drill my tank for that long and was too chicken to actually do the deed) I finally got up the nerve to drill my tank and it couldn't have gone better. I drilled two holes for 1.5" drains and one hole for a 3/4" return. I had heard that the bits from glass-holes.com will chip out the the glass when you punch through so I drilled from the inside out and had no problems. So far everything is nice and quiet so hopefully it will stay that way.
