NICE no house is good, doing upgrades, all stainless steel appliances done as of yesterday. I put my 90g tank in the dinning room after the wall paper was removed (HGTV lies its not easy) then after I fill the tank I get the "I want hardwood floors" were the tank sits simply replied "too late" so floors are later. changed out fixtures cause the gold color is so 90's going all brushed or polished nickel. So far so good I just have the hallway and bathrooms left. Guest bath painted today fixtures and new mirror next. NOW WERE TO ADD A FISH ROOM lol.
