Ok, to be very clear, this is not written because I am looking for a pat on the back for the meeting this weekend! I am trying to lay a trail of documentation for future meetings, to keep track of what we liked and would want to do again, and what we would suggest doing differently. It is my plan to do this after every event so that it helps us to keep improving on what we offer.

So, please give me feedback about this weekend's events. What parts would you like to see again and what would you suggest we try differently?
