Currently, POTM submissions are placed on the thread by the owner of the picture.

Recently, an idea was given that any and all submissions be submitted to the POTM Committee (ME) and I would then upload onto that month's contest thread.

What are your thoughts about this idea? And do you all believe it would allow for a better contest?
