Two 18W Jalli Refugium Lights - new but with wiring problem

I have two 18W Jalli Refugium Light Fixtures.
These are both new fixtures but neither one of them works.
Okay they might work for a minute until you breathe on them wrong and then they turn off and just when you think you want to toss them out you wiggle them and they come on.

So really these will only be of value to somebody who can fix whatever is wrong/loose with the wiring.

Bulbs not included.

These are the 17" skinny fixtures that fit onto the CPR HOB refugiums.
I have an ancient all corroded old fixture of the same brand and model and it works great. Not sure what's the matter with these two.

I will trade them for whatever you'd like to trade for: a snail, a shrimp, a small frag of something, etc. or give them away for free to somebody that can use them.
