ok as someone who has worked in the food service industry for many many years they handled it alll wrong. First the golden rule to customer service is "The customer is always right" now it wsa neither your fault and "probly" not their fault that the cc machine was down. on rare occasion you'll have someone special ed that will unplug the dam thing and nonoe can fig out why it is not working......true story. but anywho no matter what you ardered even if it was 20 bucks worth of food they should have let you had....and asking back for the drinks dont know how to comprehend that one all they could do with them is throw them out so already out the .02 yes thats right fountain drinks cost companies .02-.05 to serve and charge almost 2 bucks for them. alright well im done venting on your bad expierence...come by Chipotle some day ill hook you up
