They will probably be ok. They really look irritated in the pic. Sometimes after acclimating mine some of them stayed closed for up 3 days before poping out. So don't lose hope. If they look like they are falling apart or the hermits start eating them then it is a pretty good indication they are dead. Other than that I would leave them alone and see how they do.
