A.Only two weeks away!!! Decided that BODs and volunteers will pay for entrance into TMAC and will have their membership dues paid for next year. Must volunteer 4hrs+. Sign up Sheet will be created, and will include members, duties etc. All vendors will be recognized fro their contributions even those not present>>
B.Possible topics for next year TMAC: Written contract for vendors, Silent Auctions.>>
C.Pick up of auction donations from vendors>>
D.Volunteers needed for TMAC ticket sales events (B&B, Aquarium Design). A BOD + member will be present at both locations. >>
