new :)
how's everybody doing?! I'm new to maast, and have been into the hobby for only 5 months. I have a 30 gallon bowfront type cube by odyssea. I could use lots of help. The tank itself has its own type of chambers, not like a biocube, it has a pump that takes the water to a upper chamber, then it releases the water out of a tune with small holes about 5 into a small bow where I only have padded fiber. I'm sure this is not right, I do not like the big pump that is viewable inside the tank. Do I need this type of filtration? Can I use only a hob skimmer? I could use some info. The tank has been running for a while. I have a pair of clowns, a panther wrasse, orange spot goby, fire shrimp. Huge frogspawn colony, over 14 heads. Open brain, pom pom xenia, few shrooms, leather, I run 4 t5 standard output bulbs. But do intend on switching to a high output fixture, let me know what advice you have for me!
thank you
