This is a Sequence 3200SEQ21 pump. 1/8 hp Baldor motor, 2590 gph at 4.4 ft, 213 max watts. 1.5 inlet and outlet. All stainless steel hardware. Makes an excellent closed loop pump.
It DOES need a new main seal which can be bought for around $50.
